TAXES
Stated prices do not include sales tax. Sales tax based on the Shipping Address will be calculated and added in during check-out. Customer is responsible for paying sales tax.
ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
All changes to or cancellations of orders placed must be in writing and sent to Customer Service via email at orders@ergonomicsalifestyle.com. Order changes are defined as the deletion of line items or a change in style, color, quantity or ship-to address and may be subject to a change/cancellation fee of 15%.
